Here at WLTC, we have many ways in which you can enjoy playing tennis.
If you are looking for competitive tennis, we currently have four men's teams and three ladies' teams that compete in the Staffordshire Leagues during the summer and in the Hereford & Worcester Leagues during the winter.

If you prefer to play more for fun and to get some exercise, we have several mix-in sessions during the week.
The advantage of this system is that you don't have to arrange to play with other players just to get a game of tennis (like you have to do at many other clubs).
You can just turn up and fours are randomly chosen, so you will get to play with a range of players, sometimes as a mixed pair and sometimes as a men's or ladies' foursome.
This is a great way to meet people and improve your game.
Of course, if you want to arrange to play an arranged match of your own, that's fine too.
It's not only in the evenings that we have mix-ins. There are several during the week, the main one being Wednesday mornings which tends to attract more senior players.
We have group coaching sessions as well as individual coaching, plus we have cardio tennis where the emphasis is on getting a good workout rather than playing normal tennis games.
If you're new to the game or returning after a break, we have Rusty Racquets sessions to help you get up to speed.
Every year we have our club championships with Mens & Ladies Singles, Mens, Ladies & Mixed Doubles and Junior competitions too with a Finals Day normally held in September.
We also hold several tournaments throughout the year, normally held on one day. These are often less formal and the format and rules are often different from normal sets, which gives some of the weaker players a chance to win.
